SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

L’intervalle will ship the products ordered to the address indicated in the Order Confirmation.  Note that all orders processed through www.lintervalleshoes.com will be delivered using FedEx, UPS, DHL or Canada Post shipping services.  
 

Canada Domestic Flat Rate shipping $9.99 

USA Flat Rate shipping $14.99 

The company reserves the right to adjust the shipping price according to their destination.

 

All domestic Canadian orders will be processed within the next business day. Please allow 5-10 business days (excluding national holidays) for your order to be delivered. 

Note that we are not responsible for any customs and duties charges. 
All international orders will be mailed via USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL. We do not ship to PO boxes at this time. We reserve the right to adjust the price of shipping based on the shipping address in the Canada and in the US.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY 

Since we want your full satisfaction with every item you purchase at L’intervalle, if for any reason you are not satisfy with your purchase, we will gladly take back any product within 14 days of receipt following those conditions: 

  • All items must not be worn, altered or damaged  

  • All items must be in their original packaging 

  • You must include the original sales receipt 

All order may be returned for an exchange or refund. Note that an exchange is possible for the same item in a different size or color. Please consider a processing time before the new item is sent to you.

If the return is due to sizing issue or a color change, the customer will pay for the shipping charge.

 

RETURN YOUR PURCHASE BY MAIL 

For return/exchange procedures, please adhere to the following:

  1. Send an email to myshoes@lintervalleshoes.com with your order number and RETURN or EXCHANGE marked in the subject of the email.

  2. You will receive a return authorization form and code.

  3. Please be sure to include the authorization code at the front of your address label on the package. Then, package the merchandise in its original box and return

  4. Please be sure to include the authorization code, as any merchandise received without one may not be issued a refund. 

L'INTERVALLE SHOES is not responsable for RETURN POSTAGE

Original shipping costs will be deducted. 

Refunds will be issued to your Paypal account within 5-7 business days after purchase has been received an inspected. 


RETURN YOUR PURCHASE IN STORE 

L’intervalle also offer you to come in one of our location to return or exchange any of your item purchased online. By doing so all refund will be made through the same payment method that was used while processing your order online. Please allow 2 business days for processing.
